Nick has 20 years of experience in the software development, Information Technology, and security fields. Previously, he held leadership roles managing diverse teams of project managers, developers, quality assurance testers, and support personnel. Nick’s experience in developing software in the healthcare industry includes applications for single sign-on, patient data access for providers, referral & case management tools, and quality measure calculation. Nick has a long history of building highly performant teams and coordinating successful product launches.
He received a BS in Computer Science from Canisius College.

Charles has over 15 years of experience in software development, with the majority of that time focused on healthcare-based applications. Previously, he led teams that developed cloud-based applications, focusing on the customer experience. Most recently, he led the technology team for a national telehealth provider. His experience in software development includes applications that aggregated clinical data into actionable dashboards, provider single sign-on portals and web-based clinical imaging viewers.
He received a BS in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo and is an Army veteran.
